How about all of them. I enjoy food full stop, and it was hard for me to pick which is my fave.

Another cuisine that is really good is Thai food. Spicier than Chinese but not as heavy.

i didn't think about Thai probably because I am allergic to coconut and I believe that is a ingredient they use often. I bet it is good.

English cuisine can be boring, but Steak and Ale pie is scrumptious and you cannot beat Fish and Chips. There are other European cuisines i like, French, Greek, Italian. Mexican food is also on my list. I have also started to dip into some Japanese Cuisine.
Not all Thai cuisine has coconut. The Red curry definitely doesn't have coconut. I get the red chilli paste often from the local Chinese supermarket and my local supermarket have started stocking up on stuff imported from Thailand.

I watch the food network quit a bit and my favorite is Jamie Oliver. I like his crazy fusions. I must say being from three different nationalities makes fusion cooking
my passion. I love spicy, curry, Thai, and french too because I was born in France. Which I would also gravitate towards some Acadian New Orleans kind of cooking. This year our family is making Spanish Tapas on Christmas day and since I was voted to cook which I usually end up making everyone a killer breakfast I decided to keep it simple.
