Tuna, best flakes you can get of course, mascarpone or any other cream cheese, mature cheddar (grated), butter, milk, green beans or any green veg, basil (fresh), dill, parsley
Fry butter, add green veg, stir gently, stir in cream cheese and a bit of grated cheddar, milk and your herbs until you get a smoothish creamy mix. Add cooked pasta and tuna and give it a good stir and keep it creamy, add more cream cheese and milk if you have to. Pour yummy creamy mixture into baking dish/casserole dish. Top it with more mature cheddar and dried cheese. Bake in oven for 20 or so minutes or until top gets crispy and bakey. Get it out (not forgetting to use your oven gloves), scoop onto dining plate and scoff!!! YUM!!!! edited by maria71 on 10/14/2009
