Halloween is comming up so it feels like the right time to post this one......heat oven to 250f.remove seeds from pumkin (or have your guy do it if you think that bit is gross lol) wash the seeds. Then let them dry.coat with cooking oil or spry and sprinkle with salt or spices.Its also really tasty to soak them in worcester sauce.bake for an hour(or until golden brown) turning them every 15 to 20 minutes.then enjoy
