1 cup butter, 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla, cream together till sluggy. Gradually stir in 2 cups flour. Add 1 cup finely chopped pecans and 2 cups mini chocolate chips. Shape into 1-1/4" balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 18-20 minutes at 300-325 degree oven. While cookies are still warm, roll in granulated sugar. These cookies are so yummy! Enjoy! edited by pmedic on 9/20/2009

You can substitute with your preferred type of nuts or more mini chocolate chips!
