Very good and easy to make, one of our favorites in this Italian family!!

Ingredients:

1 lb spaghetti

1/2 cup olive oil

4-6 cloves garlic

1 Tablespoon dried parsley

salt and pepper

Directions:

1. Cook the spaghetti following the directions on the package.

2. While the spaghetti is cooking, heat
the olive oil in a small pan. Slice the garlic and add to the oil. Cook
until the garlic is a golden color but not browned. Remove the pan from
the heat.

3. Stir the parsley and a dash of salt
and pepper into the garlic oil. Drain the spaghetti saving 1/2 cup of
the water. Stir in the oil to coat the spaghetti. If the spaghetti is
too dry, add the water you saved.

You can top this with Parmesan cheese also and some garlic toast on the side!
